Part B: Itching and Scratching

  • This is a short humorous story where Nasruddin and his wife are sleeping in bed. Nasruddin and his wife share a small house, bed, and even sleep on a single pillow together. One night Nasruddin had an itch so bad that it had woke him up from his sleep. He kept scratching his head but the itch wouldn't go away. Then his wife wakes up and yells "stop scratching my head I'm trying to sleep!" Nasruddin apologized and told her to go back to sleep and then felt around until he found his head. He realize the entire time that he was scratching the wrong head and exclaimed "that explains it!".

  Hello, My name is Wesley Williams and I am a biology pre-dentistry major. The coolest thing about my major is that I only had to take Calculus and not go any further in math. One of the best classes I took last semester was Indian Epics. I enjoyed taking Epics it was the most fun class had during a hectic schedule last semester. Being able to create and control my schedule as well as the structure of the class, in general, made it very enjoyable. Week 13 Story: The End of Art

The End of Art          Art had just won his fierce battle against the mighty Mordred, however, he would not leave this battle unscathed. Mordred had managed to injure Art with a slash to the gut just before getting slain. Art had been bleeding profusely and was being tended to by his sire Tomas. Art had told his sire that his final wish would be to return his sword from which it had came in the sea. Tomas agreed and promised to uphold Art’s dying wish. When Tomas received the sword he examined it and saw the many jewels embedded around the sheath. Tomas asked Art, “Are you sure you want to rid of this sword, it would be better off in someone else’s possession?”. Art replied, “Yes, I have thought long and hard about this and want my sword returned to sea as I part ways with this earth.” Tomas left to the other side of the forest where the sea was and decided to hide the sword in a bush instead of getting rid of it. He returned to Art and told him he had got rid of the sword. Art asked
